The caterer is responsible for providing plates/cups, serving/eating utensils, condiments, and take away containers.

• March 17 — AM Snack, Lunch, and PM Snack for 50 people.
• April 14 — AM Snack, Lunch for 25 people
• April 15 — AM Snack, Lunch for 25 people
• April 16 — AM snack, Lunch for 25 people.
• April 16 — Dinner, Dessert for 100 people

All bids must include coffee/tea, juice

NOTE: Allergy Alerts — No melons or nuts are permitted on the premises of the Band Office at any time.
