Join free monthly group sessions offering culturally-relevant resources and one-on-one guidance. Let us nurture you during pregnancy, birth, and baby’s precious first year. Empowering Mothers and Families
Seabird Island’s Pre & Post Natal program offers educational services for expectant and new mothers of infants up to 1 year old. The program provides group sessions as well as one-on-one support for pregnant women, mothers and their families.
Group programming is offered on the first Wednesday of each month from 10:30am – 2:00pm at Seabird Island, with transportation provided.
